The seven-figure winning ticket was claimed on Thursday, May 30. It was the last $4 million ticket in the "$4,000,000 Money Bags" scratch-off game.
Bell Nominee Trust of Wakefield claimed the ticket. The winner's name was not released.
They chose to take the lump sum payment of $2.6 million (before taxes) rather than the annuity.
They bought the winning ticket at the Mobil at 96 Montvale Ave. in Stoneham. The store will get a $40,000 bonus for the sale.
